Communication
From initial contact until completion of the project, Winslow will liaise frequently and directly with you.
Throughout the project, all aspects and detail will be discussed thoroughly both prior and during progression of the works, including daily on-site briefings, or if preferred, by email.
All works will be carried out as per prior agreement, establishing suitable hours of work to suit both parties in advance. For painting projects, the duration will be the same whether works are completed on or off-site, however, off-site will afford considerably less disruption to your home lifestyle, as the unit doors are removed and painted in the Winslow studio.
For proposed works set to start and dependent on prior trades completing i.e. plumbers, electricians or decorators, we appreciate that the project start date may be delayed.
Winslow will work with you to establish a revised works programme and attempt to accommodate your schedule accordingly.
Assurance
Winslow will always endeavour to incur as little disruption throughout the duration of a project, accommodating accessibility, while retaining the room’s functionality as much as feasibly possible is important, as the work is completed.
During on-site works, Winslow will respect and appreciate your home, taking attentive measures to ensure due care and diligence is performed allowing you to maintain your day-to-day life.
Project timescales quoted will be adhered to and completed continuously and the days proposed will not be broken with intermittent days, as agreed, unless however further amendments are made during the project, at which time the works programme will be rescheduled to suit your commitments.
Winslow maintains full public liability insurance and certification is available on request.
